| Tickets will be dispatched from 1st August. Tickets ordered after 1st August will be posted within 21 days of the date of ordering in plain envelopes by secure delivery, signature required (cost included in processing fee). If you do not receive your tickets within this time frame, you should contact the ticket hotline as soon as possible.
Tickets ordered by UK based customers on or after 9am on 28th November and tickets ordered by overseas based customers on or after 21st November will not be posted as we cannot guarantee delivery before the Rally. Instead they should be collected from the event ticket office in front of gate 3 of the Millennium Stadium from Tuesday 2nd December open as follows:
- Tuesday 2nd December midday - 8pm
- Wednesday 3rd December 830am-8pm 2nd
- Thursday 4th December 830am - 8pm Saturday 6th December (open 24 hours).
If you are planning to buy or collect tickets for the Cardiff Stage at the Millennium Stadium during the afternoon of Saturday 6th December, you are strongly advised to leave plenty of time to do so.
